Option A - Bath soak:
Add a generous handful of powder to warm running bath water.

Option B - Body scrub:
In a bowl, add about a 1/3 cup Remineralizing Green Algae Powder. Slowly add warm water until a spreadable paste forms (add more water or powder as necessary to reach desired consistency). Add about a tablespoon of Hydrating Laminaria Oil if desired (oily skin types may want to skip this step). Spread onto body and/or face and allow to absorb for 5-10 minutes. Wash or soak off.
