Go to our login page by clicking on the person icon at the top right corner of our home page (desktop) or under the main menu (mobile). Click "FORGET YOUR PASSWORD?" located under the password field.

1. Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
2. Try on another web browser, and an incognito window.
3. When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
4. Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version (we don't support every browser, but we do support these; Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Apple Safari for iOS, Google Chrome for Android)

Some of our products are sold exclusively at participating spas. Click here to see a list of spa-exclusive products. If the product you need is on this list, please contact us for ordering.
Additionally, some products have changed names or have been discontinued over the years. If you still can't find the product you are looking for, contact us for help.
*Please note: If you are looking for Anti-Fluid Gel, it has been replaced with Arnica Sports Gel. This formula is the same, with the addition of arnica.

No. We never have and never will.
We use organic honey a few products. We believe that humane and sustainable beekeeping helps the greater good of the bees and the planet. We source our honey from a beekeeper located only a mile from our lab in New York state.
We do not use synthetic fragrances, but many of our products do contain specifically chosen essential oils. We choose essential oil blends based on their aromatherapy and skin health benefits. We understand that some people are sensitive to essential oils, in which case we recommend trying a mini product before committing to a full size or reviewing the ingredient list of a product before buying.
Yes. There is no gluten nor any wheat derived ingredients in our products.
All of our bottles and jars are recyclable. Unfortunately, our airless pumps are not recyclable at this time. We are currently researching alternative options for our airless packaging in order to move in the most eco-friendly direction we can. If you have any suggestions on eco-friendly packaging options, please contact us, we would be very happy to hear your suggestions.
Airless pumps are the most hygienic packaging option available, allowing us to use fewer preservatives. They are also sturdy and leakproof.
When needed we use mostly plant-based preservatives, but maintain a commitment to providing you with formulas that are safe and uncompromised by harmful contamination. We do not use any parabens or formaldehyde. Products that require preservatives are typically stabilized with a radish root ferment. In some cases, less than 1% phenoxyethanol is used, which is considered safe by the most strict EU standards.
We recommend discussing your skin care regime with your health care practitioner.
Please read the ingredients to see if you recognize anything you may be allergic to. You also have the option of buying the mini size of the product and doing a patch test on your arm. If you have an allergic reaction, you are free to return the product within 30 days. We have found that allergic reactions are not common. Please contact us if you are concerned about a reaction you are experiencing. If the reaction is severe or uncomfortable, please stop using the product and call your doctor.
We guarantee the life of our products for 18 months from their manufacture date. Contact us if you have any questions.
Shipping
Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping information.
Please note that orders placed before 1pm EST on weekdays will likely ship by 2pm the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays usually ship the next business day after 2pm.
We are typically available to answer emails Mon-Fri from 9am-4pm EST except for holidays.
We ship most orders within 24 hours of purchase, Mon - Fri. In rare cases, some orders may take longer to fulfill. We ship UPS priority for orders within the contiguous US. Shipping time will vary depending on your distance from our faciltities in New York. Typically, local shipments to our tri-state area arrive about 2 days after leaving our facility, where shipments to California can take up to 5 days. Please be advised that weather and holidays can effect our processing and shipping times.
We typically do not ship internationally, although we may be expanding to some regions. If you would like special consideration, please contact us.
For most orders we ship regular UPS. I you have a specific request please call our office at 845-589-0000 Mon-Fri from 9-4pm EST.
At Spa Technologies, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Spa Technologies purchase, you may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You may return opened products within 30 days for a full refund as long as less than 30% of the product has been used. If you need to return an item or would like to request a refund, please contact us.
