I like the cream, underwhelmed by packaging

The lotion feels nice under my eyes. I haven’t noticed much difference but I also need to probably use it longer. Very underwhelmed by the packaging. Mine doesn’t look like the picture. It’s a white bottle with a tiny label, no instructions were included, nothing printed on the bottle… I had to go online to read how/how often to use it. All that aside, I do like the way it makes my skin feel so soft and moisturized.

Hi! Thanks for the feedback! Brightening products typically take 2-4 weeks for significant changes to be noticed. As for the packaging, we do apologize! We had some trouble with our mini labels and had to print some on our in-house label printer. That said, the mini bottles are so small that we can't fit much information on the label, even when they're higher quality, but we're glad you used our website as a resource to find the information you needed.
